What is the GradBuddies Program & what would I have to do?
- This is a GSA-sponsored program aimed at building a supportive community among graduate students
- Incoming graduate students are matched with those who have been at UA for 1+ semesters
- Hang out with your buddy to get to know one another (either virtually or in person, pending UA guidelines and program type)
- For Gradbuddies who have been at UA for 1+ semesters:
- Encourage your buddy during their transition to graduate school life at the University of Alabama
- Act as a resource for your buddy for questions they have about Tuscaloosa and/or virtual learning, campus resources, or other life-as-a-UA-grad-student questions
